17 December 2023: On making 2024 better, I'm alive, & a quote

2023 is going to end soon. How can you make 2024 better?
  1. Make time for yourself. I have said this in countless ways to countless people. Make it a priority to be empty every single day. Remember at the end of the day it’s only YOU.

  2. Read. Can you read 12 books this year? Or can you ready 6 books this year? Or at least can you read 4 books this year, like one each quarter? Remember you will be 4 books smarter in your room than anybody.

  3. Write. Compartmentalizing your feelings is one day to deal with anxiety and stress. Writing them down is entirely different paradigm of mental harness.

  4. Write a lengthy letter to yourself for 1st Jan, 2025 in present tense. How would you feel on that day? What difference do you want to see? Have you made progress?

  5. Say thanks. Every moment. Every second. Every minute. Every hour. Every day. Every month. Every year.
