06 October 2024: The One thing

If there’s something that sank in deeply at a very early age, it was that health is the most important thing, above all else.
If you’ve ever been unhealthy, you know exactly what I’m talking about.
That dark and gloomy period where nothing makes sense, and all the pleasures you were chasing suddenly come to a halt.
For more than a decade, I’ve been a worshipper of my own body—never overfeeding it with harmful nutrition and never leaving it without exercise, movement, or sports in the past 10 years.
From being a weak kid who would catch fevers, malaria, or colds more than a few times a year to becoming a fit guy who only gets sick once or twice a year, I’ve really changed the way I take care of my body.
And COVID, above all, was a wake-up call. It showed that money or any kind of wealth cannot buy you health.
So, if you haven’t worked out in a long time, or if you paid for a gym membership last month and couldn’t go, I challenge you to start hitting those muscles.
In the years to come, this body—your abode—will thank you for doing the hard things today.
Can you start today?
