How do you take action when you are full of fear?

A question that often comes to my mind, and if you're working on something greater in your life, I'm confident you must have faced the same situation too.

Here’s how I have decoded it.

First of all, it is crucial to understand that any action that improves you takes you out of your comfort zone. Our mind, being our best friend, try every approach in the book to keep us safe and at bay by giving excuses.

Like many, if you succumb to excuses, your goals, dreams, and purpose altogether are lost.

Secondly, I practice grounding myself. I try to accept the fact that I’m fearful of taking that action. The majority believe that’s a weakness. However, I differ in that belief. It does not make you weak. On the contrary, when you drop your ego, your weapon, the door opens. You finally see that your own resistance was hindering your way to take action.

Lastly, take the smallest action you can, acknowledging how uncertain every action is, and do so with all the compassion in your heart. Be devoid of concern for the outcome. Though it is difficult, try.
